Filipino Recipe Champorado

Ingredients:

1 cup rice
10 cups water
1 cup cocoa powder
evaporated milk

How to cook champorado:

1. Cook rice with water in a pot.
2. Stir occasionally to keep the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
3. Add the cocoa powder into the rice.
4. Reduce heat to low.
5. Simmer until the rice is tender.
6. Serve hot with swirls of evaporated milk on top.
