Filipino Recipe Mini Cassava Cake

Ingredients:

1 pack grated cassava
2 eggs
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup coconut milk
jackfruit, cut in tiny pieces
butter spray

How to cook mini cassava cake:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Beat eggs.
3. Add the grated cassava.
4. Add the condensed milk, evaporated milk and coconut milk. Mix well.
5. Then add the jackfruit.
6. Spray the mini muffin pan with butter spray.
7. Bake the mini cassava for 18-20 minutes. Insert a toothpick to make sure the cassava is cooked through.
8. Serve hot or cold with tea or coffee.

    found the recipe.. thank you thank you so much..could hardly wait to try making these for Thanksgiving gathering..can i add ube halaya with the langka and macapuno?
