Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin roast beef, sliced thinly
1 large onion, sliced like onion rings
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
cooking oil
vinegar
fish sauce (patis)
How to cook pigar pigar:
1. In a pan, add enough oil for deep-frying.
2. Heat up the oil until it is near its smoking point, then add the beef slices.
3. When the beef is cooked and turned to brown color add the onion rings.
4. Cook until the onion rings become transparent.
5. Serve hot with vinegar with fish sauce as dipping sauce.
