Ingredients:
4 pcs chicken breast, fillet
cooking oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
Marinade:
1 tbsp minced garlic
6 tbsp calamansi juice
6 tbsp soy sauce
a dash of finely ground black pepper
Sauce:
3 tbsp calamansi juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 red chilli pepper
How to cook:
1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and add the chicken breast.
2. Leave for about 1 hour.
3. Fry minced garlic until golden brown.
4. Fry the marinated chicken breast.
5. Top with fried minced garlic.
6. Serve hot with toyomasili sauce.
