Filipino Recipe Pritong Isda (Fried Sole Fish)

Ingredients:
2 whole sole fish or any fish, cleaned and cut in half
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
soy sauce with lemon (optional)

How to cook:
1. Salt and pepper the cleaned fish.
2. Fry in oil until golden. Drain on absorbent towel.
3. Soy sauce with lemon as the dipping sauce.
