Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs 2 tsbp mayonnaise 1 tsp sugar white bread or any bread
How to make egg sandwich spread:
1. In a bowl, combine eggs, mayo and sugar. 2. Coarsely mash eggs. 3. Mix well. 4. Egg spread is perfect for toasted white bread, pandesal or any other breads.
